Let Only Service

We charge £495 + VAT for our Let Only Service. Unlike other agents, our fee includes an Inventory Report which is essential should there be a need to make a claim on the deposit.

Full Management Service

We charge 10% + VAT of the monthly rent for our Full Management Service. Our Letting Fee is reduced to £395 + VAT if you opt for our Full Management Service each time you require a new tenant.
